Coin & Pouch Cell Fabrication

Some of the Cell Fabrication Services that NEI provides, includes:

2032 Coin Cells – choice of anode chemistry, Li, Li-ion, Silicon, Oxide
Pouch Cells – up to 4 Ah with standard and custom cell components

NEI’s battery cell preparation and testing includes electrode fabrication services. In addition to NEI’s standard cast electrode sheets, we can custom fabricate electrode’s to your specification and make modifications in the composition of the tapes, such as:

Active material loading (80 – 95%)
Coating / tape thickness
Tape porosity or density
Binder type (aqueous / non-aqueous)
Binder content
Choice of current collector
